I took my 93 year old mother to see Dr. Thore. First of all she was very accommodating to see her on Saturday PM. Dr. Thore was extremely compassionate, kind, and gentle to my elderly mother. Throughout her evaluation and treatment she was very patient and explained everything in detail and in laymen's terms. This gave me and my mother peace of mind and complete confidence in what was being done. From the moment I walked in very warm environment! Front deak receptionist was very prompt with checking me in and he was warm/ friendly. My wait was a matter of seconds before being called to the back, and ZERO WAIT TIME once seated in the dental chair! The dental hygienist was very professional and warm! Dr. Thorpe was professional soft spoken and very thorough with her exam! This office was competitive not of price but competitive in their delivery of service and chair side manner is #1 cost is there but was the topic CARE, chair side manner, and delivery of service was number 1! Not to mention my TERRIBLE DENTAL TRAUMA FROM PAST EXPERIENCE…. They surpassed my expectations! Definitely a 10/10! And for me as a true reviewer it’s hard to give a 10 but the service is just that!
