My wife and I lived in Raleigh for 2 years after we retired. We found Dr. Thore because she was close to our residence.Boy, we weren’t disappointed. Dr. Thore fixed a myriad of mistakes my former dentists in New Jersey made. What a difference a great dentist can make! We now live in Virginia, 3 hours from Dr. Thore and wouldn’t dream of giving her and her staff up. They are as professional as they are warm. We love this place!

Best Dental Staff I've ever been treated by. They got me in as a new patient with in two days for a sore tooth. All taken care of in less than a week, and as painless as I've ever experienced.

My experience with Dr. Thore's office and staff has been amazing! Everyone I've interacted with in the office is warm, adept at listening, and accommodating in their care. I had experienced a crown revision with Dr. Thore in another dental setting because she is adept at providing sedated dental care. Her expertise, care, and my satisfaction with the result led me to switch my care to Falls Family Dentistry! Last week, I met with Dr. Thore and two of her assistants, Sharon and Abby, as a prelude to my dental cleaning. Their calm, sympathetic approach prepared me mentally and emotionally for the cleaning I received today. When Abby completed the cleaning process, I told her that I felt as though I could have undergone the experience without sedation. Dr. Thore and Abby completed today's appointment by listening as I described my relief, elation, and appreciation for their care. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Thore and her team! I highly recommend them.

Dr. Thore is an expert in the field of oral health and care. She is kind, passionate, caring, and highly-skilled. The staff is very professional. I have anxiety when getting dental work done. Dr. Thore does a great job calming my fears.

Over the weekend I had some swelling and then Sunday night my jaw started hurting extremely bad. I called Raleigh Family Dental and left a message. Not even a half went by and I had a phone call back. Got an appointment for 10:30 this morning. At 9:41 am I received a phone call stating if I wanted to come in early they were ready for me. So off I went. I was greeted by the Receptionist, filled out my paperwork and off I went for ex rays. The staff were fantastic and very patient. I was in a pain and they really took fantastic care of me. If anyone is looking for a dentist office or looking to switch this is the place to go. Everything you need they do it under one roof. No need to go anywhere else. I’m going to have my husband switch. If I could give ten stars I would, because that’s how wonderful everyone is.

This one of the BEST dental offices I have been too. Dr. Thore and Lisa (dental assistant) was nice, very engaged and communicated well regarding my issue. Dr. Thore even addressed my concerns on the weekend which says a lot about how she cares for patients. 2 THUMBS UP, 5 STARS!!!!

My highest accolades to Dr. Thore and her staff!! They are not only consummate professionals, but terrific people, with empathy and the ability to take the fear away, replacing it with a lighthearted and kind atmosphere. My husband and I are musicians: as a professional singer, I had been frustrated and in constant pain when I came to Dr. Thore due to two bad dentists in the past. I have traveled extensively, but moving to Raleigh my husband and I went to 2 previous dentists who were highly rated, but ruined my bite, gave me nerve problems, as well as my dental work being unsatisfactory. My first impression of Falls Family Dental gave me confidence and put me at ease. Dr. Thore and her entire office are professional, show they care about me as a person, and help me relax with their friendly rapport. It is not the oppressive, fearful atmosphere I was used to: I feel positive and respected here. When I first came in, Dr. Thore looked at the Xrays of my mouth holistically, rather than what was wrong with one tooth at a time. I knew I had a bad bite and bad dental work. Dr. Thore saw my whole mouth and how it affected me. She explained everything that was happening in my mouth from every aspect, and we developed a plan to help me end my pain and constant redoing of procedures my former dentist tortured me with. From the first visit, I no longer had a clicking jaw, jaw pain, or the sudden extreme pain that caused me to bite my tongue. I don't know how she removed all my pain and aching in the first visit! My bite is also much improved! My cleaning was thorough and very gentle, the best I've ever had: what a sweet hygienist. I only wish that I had changed dentists sooner, Dr. Thore would not have had to fix the errors that were the reason I came to her. Falls Family Dental and Dr. Thore are the best I have ever been to, and I look forward to every dental visit!

I moved to Raleigh in May. I was looking for a dentist,I chose Dr. Thore because she was close to my residence. Boy, am I glad I did! She would be my 4th dentist in my life, I’m 65. She is BY FAR the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She’s fixing mistakes my previous dentist have made. I’m very happy with the overall experience at this office. Great staff, very professional and friendly. If I could give her 6 stars, I would!

Very friendly office - absolutely love Robin at the front and Dr. Nimil, the dental assistant, has done an incredible job with my cleanings both times and is probably one of the most thoughtful people you'll ever meet.

Just moved to the area and needed to find a dentist, this office is close to work so I gave them a try. The doctor and office staff is very nice and accommodating. After a few visits I had a dental emergency and the Dr met me after hours to fix the problem.

BY FAR THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

I had never been to Falls Family Dental but I broke my two front teeth and called first thing in the morning, they fit me in to their schedule and took such great care of me. The entire staff was so friendly and kind...especially for someone like me who is very "dentist shy"....I will definitely be switching to their practice and so is my husband. Thank you to everyone for all you did!!!

Normally, for me, going to a dentist is not a particularly pleasant experience. So I put it off. Until yesterday, I had been putting it off for about a decade. The people here are awesome, especially Dr Thore. They are so awesome, that I am gladly going back in a week and plan on letting them do all sorts of much needed things to my teeth. Everyone is so sweet, and patient, and thoughtful, and absolutely full of knowledge that they want to share with you. I'm pretty sure the name "Family Dental" means that once you come in, you are family. So if you want to be just another mouth being fixed, go somewhere else. If you want to feel relaxed and be surrounded by people who care about you as a person, go here.

Absolutely love these people! I have never been a fan of going to the dentist. I put it off for nearly a decade before finding Dr Thore and here amazing team. I am so very glad that I went, and you will be too if you give them a chance! Flossing my teeth or even eating slightly hard food has caused my gums to bleed since I was a little kid, and nobody had ever even suggested that this was a problem. Apparently it was a problem with a solution because they fixed it. Dr Thore and her team are the sweetest, most open, and most professional people you will ever come across. I felt like family on my first visit, scheduled 2 more appointments for myself, and convinced my husband to go which is no small matter. The folks here are awesome at explaining just what they are doing and why, making you feel comfortable during the entire process, and making sure you are fully aware of the out-of-pocked costs involved. I love them and so does my super-skeptical husband. Go here. Be happy.

Dr. Thore and her staff at Falls Family Dental have been my go to practice for all of my dental needs since I walked into their Falls River location three years ago. All of my dental appointments and procedures (there have been many) have been handled with the highest level of thought, care and competence. They have always exceeded my expectations and make going to the dentist a pleasure.

What a great feeling to have a dentist care so much about your teeth and a great proposed treatment plan. Had a chipped tooth with root canal and crown implications and she called me back to get me in next day. I was originally told by another dentist that an implant was needed. Not the case. They (Lauren & Sandra) spent 2 hours going over each tooth and suggestions for helping me get comfortable with the plan. Please do yourself a favor and visit this office if you're on need of work. Great job ladies!!

Great professional and excellent chair side manners. She was able to save an important front tooth part of the smile, that other doctors consider not possible. A great meticulous quality worker, and have kept her even with the distance in driving approx 3 hours. Would recommend to anybody that has had painful experiences.

I moved to Raleigh in October 2014 and was looking for a new dentist in my area. I found Dr. Thore and I'm glad I did. She is awesome! I needed a couple of crowns and fill-ins. She took care of me. She is warm, friendly and knowledgeable about her art. I had a bit of sensitivity after my last crown was completed by her but when I returned for a checkup she took care of it and I've been feeling better.

When I went with her I was comfortable that she would take care of my teeth. She trustworthy, helpful, kind and knowledgeable about different things.

The entire staff was very friendly, very reassuring, and very communicative. I had a tooth extraction with NO pain whatsoever. I'm very happy to have found such a friendly practice.

Truly excellent customer service. I feel confident trusting Dr. Thore's recommendations and work. She is very very thoughtful and takes time explain everything. The office is careful to check insurance before doing work, so that I can make informed decisions. Dr. Thore is passionate about her field and seems to be very well informed. She and her assistant are both caring and gentle with my son. I highly reccomend this office and I'm not normally someone who is very impressed with dentists.
